SPRING LEAGUE MATCH PLAY FINAL
THE MATCH PLAY FINAL WAS INTRODUCED THIS YEAR
1.TO ADD A FUN ELEMENT TO THE SPRING LEAGUE
2.TO ENCOURAGE MATCH PLAY PRACTICE
TO FACILITATE AS MANY OF THE QUALIFYING PLAYERS AS POSSIBLE TO COMPETE IN THE FINALS IT HAS BEEN AGREED THAT MATCH PLAY CAN BE PLAYED ANY DAY UP TO 9TH MARCH

CLUB SINGLES MATCH PLAY 2016

Takes place this year in two categories 0-24 & 25-36. There are separate entry forms for each category up on the noticeboard in the Ladies Locker Room, please put your name, handicap and mobile number down. The Match Play will run over the months of March-September & you will get at least three matches in Round 1.
First Round consists of all players grouped into a number of pools within your category where each player plays every other player in their own group over 11 weeks.
Points acquired for each match in First Round are as follows: 3=WIN, 2=DRAW, 1=Playing, 0=if you give a w/o.
The winner & runner up of each pool will proceed to the knockout stages of the Club Singles Match Play 2016.
Matches played over 18 holes.
Closing Date for Entries: 22 March 2016
Draw: 23 March 2016
Final: 25 September 2016
