Golfer of the Year: Martin Fogarty is the Golfer of the Year for 2019 finishing with a score of 358 over the five qualifying GOY competitions. In second place was Jim Flynn on 360 followed by Alex Jones on 361.
Carlow Scratch Cup: David Reddan Jnr was the winner of the Carlow Senior Scratch Cup on Saturday. Previous winners of this particular title were Padraig Harrington and Joe Carr.

Saturday September 7: Lady President's Prize
Lady President's Prize: The men's club would like to wish the lady president, Toni Brophy, the best of luck with her president's prize on Saturday. Consequently there is no men's competition on Saturday. There is an open singles competition over two days Friday and Sunday.
Masters Final: The top 48 in the Golfer of the Year standing qualify for the Masters Final to be held on Saturday September 28 and Sunday September 29.
Moore Cup: Best of luck to our Michael Moore Cup squad who are in the final at Portarlington Golf Club on Saturday. Show your support for the team and manager Bernard Delahunty.
Singles Matchplay: The singles matchplay is now down to the last few matches. Tom Clarke will meet Alex Jones in one semi-final and Michael Fahey plays the winners of the Brian Freeman and Ger Clifford match. First named player to arrange match. Get your match played as soon as you can to ensure the smooth running of this competition.
Club Fourball: The Club Fourball is down to the last few matches. Eamon Callanan and Mike Ryan who beat David Reddan Snr and David Reddan Jnr are in the final. Bernard Delahunty and Matt Hanley are through to the fourth round. Other third round match yet to be played are: Jody Hurley and Kieran Cahill v Ger Clifford and Ger Ryan. Get your match played as soon as possible to keep this competition on schedule.
Beechwood Cup: The draw for the Beechwood Cup is: Brian Maxwell v Kevin Folen and Martin Horrigan v Mark Ryan.
Seniors Matchplay: The draw for the Seniors Matchplay has been made: Charlie Cavanagh v Denis Sherlock; Ger Ryan v David Kennedy; Joe Mills v Aussie Dennison; Cathal Lee v Tom O'Donnell.
