Lions Club Scramble: Please support Nenagh Lions Club Champagne Scramble in association with Nenagh Golf Club on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 16th, 17th and 18th June. The competition is open to teams of 4, any combination. Sponsored prizes including all-ladies team prize. Entry fee is €80 per team. All proceeds to Nenagh Lions Club projects.

Duggan Cup: Our Duggan Cup team had their second round match with Tullamore on Saturday evening last. Unfortunately they were beaten on the score of 3.5 to 1.5. Playing in Tullamore were Sean Quinn and Sean McLoughlin; Seamus Hennessy and Conor O'Meara; Paul Ferris and Paul Comer while in action in Nenagh were: Kieran Burke and Seamus Power; Liam Gleeson and Jody Hurley. The selectors were Sean McLoughlin and Michael Hegarty.

Central Towns: The Central Towns team were unable to retain their title as they were beaten by Carlow in their match on Saturday. Playing in Nenagh were Anthony White, John Slattery and Niall Murphy. In action in Carlow were Paul Dooley and Philip Quinlan. The manager was Mel Gleeson.

Pierce Purcell Shield: The Pierce Purcell squad were in West Munster quarter-final action opposite Spanish Point in Nenagh on Saturday evening. They went down by 4 matches to 1. Representing the club were: Sean Flynn and Jonathan Donovan; David Lewis and Conor Looby; Joe Coonan and Brendan Kennedy; Liam Hogan and Martin Collins; Eugene Fitzpatrick and John Paul Jones. The selectors are Denis Corrigan and Brendan Kennedy.

Summer Junior Golf: A series of eight one hour lessons for boys and girls (8 -18yrs) will be held at Nenagh Golf Club by Golf Pro Eanna Jones on Thursdays (6-8pm) and Saturdays (9-11am) in June, July and August, including course practice and etiquette, commencing 10th June 2023.
